The GHOST Factory Racing Team, founded in 2011, represents top international female riders. The team currently consists of five young talents from different countries. It is the most versatile international mountain bike team in the World Cup with an average age of 23.

In the last 11 years, the team has won numerous national and international titles - from the national league and World Cups to European and World Championships.
