Terms and Conditions for Silhouette Group raffles

General Conditions
Participation in raffles organized by the Silhouette Group is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old. Participation is free of charge, does not require a purchase, and is completed by filling out an online form. Each person is allowed to participate only once.

Legal recourse is excluded, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. The terms and conditions are binding and must be adhered to by all participants. Additional conditions may apply to participants from specific countries, as outlined separately.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly and notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable.

Data Usage
By participating, entrants agree that their provided data (name, email address, and optionally date of birth and preferred retailer) may be used to send personalized product and service offers via email, postal mail, or messenger services. Participants can opt out of receiving these offers at any time.

Advent Calendar Raffle
As part of our Advent calendar, we will give away daily prizes for each calendar door. The raffle will run from December 1 to December 24. Please note that individuals residing in Italy are excluded from participating in the Advent Calendar raffle.

Additional Provisions
The Silhouette Group reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions and to cancel or modify the raffle at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of Austria. Legal recourse is excluded.
